Guides and FAQs to help you discover events, buy tickets, manage your account, and run your promoter dashboard.
Quick Guides
Buying Tickets
- 1Browse events on the Discover page or use the search bar to find events by name, venue, or city.
- 2Open an event to view details, ticket tiers, and the venue location on the map.
- 3Select your ticket tier and quantity, then add to cart or proceed to checkout.
- 4Review your order summary before being redirected to our secure payment partner (Fygaro) to complete payment.
- 5After payment, your tickets appear under My Tickets, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a PDF attachment for each ticket, including its QR code and 6-digit ticket code.
Finding Events Near You
- 1Tap the location button (your city name) in the search bar to filter events happening nearby.
- 2Use the Date button to open the calendar and browse events on specific days.
- 3Filter by category using the pills above the event grid to narrow down the type of event.
- 4Visit the Saved Venues page to discover popular event locations and see what is happening at each venue.
Payment & Checkout
- 1We accept payments in both JMD and USD. Toggle your currency using the currency switch in the top navigation.
- 2A service fee is added to each ticket at checkout. You will see the full breakdown before paying.
- 3If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout to apply the discount to your order.
- 4All payments are processed securely through Fygaro. We never store your card details.
Refunds & Transfers
- 1To request a refund, go to My Tickets, open the ticket, and select Request Refund. You will be asked to choose a reason.
- 2Once the event has started, refunds are no longer available. Please request a refund before the event begins.
- 3Every event page shows a Refund Policy section near the bottom indicating whether the promoter allows refunds. If a promoter has disabled refunds, it will show "No refunds for this event" and the Request Refund button will not appear on your ticket. If refunds are enabled, you can request one from My Tickets before the event starts.
- 4Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear. The service fee is non-refundable.
- 5To transfer a ticket to someone else, open the ticket and use the Transfer option. Enter the recipient's email — if they do not have an account, they will be invited to join.
- 6The ticket is reissued with a fresh QR code and ticket code — the old codes are instantly invalidated so they can no longer be used for entry.
- 7The recipient receives an email with their new ticket and QR code as a PDF attachment.
- 8Refunded tickets are cancelled and cannot be used for entry.
Multi-Day Passes
- 1When you buy a multi-day pass, you receive a single pass that covers every day of the event.
- 2Each day has its own QR code and 6-digit ticket code, which you can access by expanding the pass on your My Tickets page.
- 3Staff scan you in day by day — your pass is marked as Checked In once all days have been scanned.
- 4You can download or print individual day tickets separately if you need to share them with friends attending on different days.
- 5Multi-day passes must be purchased before the event starts. Once the event has begun, multi-day passes are no longer available for purchase, though individual single-day tickets for remaining days may still be available.
Offline Ticket Access
- 1Your tickets are automatically cached on your phone so you can view them even without an internet connection at the venue.
- 2To save a copy, open a ticket and tap the Download button to save a PDF, or tap Print to print a physical copy.
- 3If you have no signal, simply show the cached QR code or 6-digit ticket code at the door — staff can scan it offline.
Add Tickets to Google Wallet
- 1Open a ticket from My Tickets, or from the confirmation page right after you buy.
- 2Tap "Add to Google Wallet". Your ticket opens in Google Wallet with the event name, venue, start time, and a QR code that scans at the door just like the in-app ticket.
- 3For a multi-day pass, one tap adds every day at once — each day appears as its own pass with its own date and QR code.
- 4Your Wallet pass stays available even if your phone has no signal at the venue, and Google Wallet can also surface a reminder as the event gets close.
- 5Apple Wallet support is coming soon — for now, iPhone users can still access tickets in the EventPass app or as a downloaded PDF.
