Promoter Fees

0% Commission on Ticket Sales · No Payout Fees
Promoters keep 100% of their online ticket revenue. We do not take a cut of your online sales, and there is no fee to withdraw your earnings. The only promoter-paid fees are the flat listing fee per event, optional add-ons below, and the gate sales fee on in-person sales — the service fee at checkout is paid by the customer on online sales, not deducted from your payout.
Listing Fee
One-time fee per event to publish and list it on the platform.

Gate Sales Fee
10% of each cash/card sale made at the gate. The buyer pays the full ticket price directly to you; separately, the fee (plus tax) is deducted from that event's own online sales payout balance, not from the cash collected at the gate.

Every published event is promoted on EventPass' official social media pages at no extra cost.
We share select events across our social channels to help you reach a wider audience. Free promotion is at EventPass' discretion and not guaranteed for every event.
Fee Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, EventPass runs promotions that reduce or waive listing, carousel, promo video, or service fees. Eligibility may be based on audience segment (new vs. existing promoters/customers) and may have usage limits or time windows.
- Promotions are automatically applied at checkout or event submission when eligible — no code needed.
- 100% discount = completely free for the eligible fee type.
- Tax is calculated on the discounted (effective) fee amount, not the original.
